ARE YOU THE PURCHASE AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Strong communication skills for coordinating
Strong organizational skills
Flexibility, reliability, and great time management


Preferred:

Ability to safely move 25 - 50 lbs consistently
Experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, or inventory management
Familiarity with HVAC parts and supply houses
Comfortable using inventory systems, dispatch software, or basic computer programs
Strong attention to detail when tracking parts, warranties, and purchase orders


WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. This position offers flexibility, as you'll dispatch daily to your job site directly from home-no need to check in at a central location first. At times, you'll be required to pick up equipment or parts at open and close, bringing them back to Wooster.

As a Purchase and Warehouse Coordinator, you will pick up vital parts and equipment, ensuring they make it to the job site or are returned to the warehouse as needed. Throughout your day, you will make sure that all technicians' and installers' trucks are replenished quickly, allowing them to maintain their inventories and keep operations running smoothly. You will coordinate closely with supply houses, keeping the warehouse stocked with necessary parts. When warranty parts or labor credits require processing, you will handle them efficiently. You will also take responsibility for properly ordering parts with the correct purchase orders and departments whenever dispatch or incomplete calls require it. Your ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent technician needs will set the pace for a productive day.
