Parker Heating and Air is seeking a full-time Senior Residential HVAC Technician to bring their expertise to our customers' homes in Parker, CO. Your mission: troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems while ensuring they stay in top-notch condition with preventative maintenance. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:


Minimum of 5 years of Residential HVAC Technician experience


Resides within a 30-minute drive of Parker


EPA Type II license and certifications (NATE certification is a plus but not required!)


A valid driver's license and a clean driving record


A desire to continue growing in a senior-level role


Ability to consistently commute to Parker, CO 80134


WORK SCHEDULE:


Full-time


8-hour shift


Day shift (7:30 am–4:30 pm)


Monday to Friday


Some nights and weekends will be required during busy seasons


On-call rotation is required every 4–8 weeks with premium pay
